DevBench End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING DEVBENCH.

By installing, copying, or using DevBench, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
You may install and use one copy of DevBench solely for personal or internal business purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT copy, distribute, publish, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute DevBench in source or binary form, or make it available to third parties as a hosted or commercial service.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with DevBench.

4. TERMINATION
This license ends if you violate these terms.

5. DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

6. GOVERNING LAW
Laws of India. Courts in Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
